There are no refunds, credits, exchanges, or warranties on any items. All products are purchased and used at the buyer’s own risk.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

We will notify the supplier on your behalf and work with them to address the issue.

30-Day Pick-Up Window

Orders must be picked up within 30 days. If an item is not collected within that timeframe and is later found to be defective, the supplier’s replacement/refund window will have expired. In such cases, we cannot request a replacement or refund and Little-Me Wholesale NL is not responsible for expired claims.

Shipping Delays

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Production delays
  • Extended shipping timeframes

Please note that shipping timelines vary for every order. We will always do our best to keep you informed of unexpected issues.
